ReplyDeleteWe have managed to put on the dates of our next visit and hope to add some useful information about places to eat and visit.
Arrived here finally after signing my life away to Google. Had to complete a profile, so chose an educational background randomly from the list of establishments provided by Google. In fact, I've never been to India. Picked up another email address along the way (Fetmeister@gmail.com - long story). Thanks to the John and Karen for setting up this blog. I agree with Jonathan that we should have a page devoted entirely to scurrilous gossip. Useful and accurate information is greatly over-rated in my view.
ReplyDeleteThinking about what sort of a first contribution I could make, I initially considered describing a day trip from Ceret to Coventry via Perpignan, Stansted, London Liverpool St, Euston, and Birmingham but then thought that the rigours of such a trip might be out of the comfort zone of many of our Antipodean friends (unfriendly locals, dodgy food, crap weather, expensive taxis, etc). So I have settled for an "eating out" contribution which I will post as soon as I think of one. Watch this space.
